Are these handmade?
Yep! Each piece is lovingly handcrafted, so no two are exactly alike. You might spot tiny imperfections like a speck of dust, a small air bubble, or a quirk in their features, but that’s part of what makes them so special!

What are your figurines made of?
All of my little creatures are handmade with polymer clay and topped with a bit of UV resin magic to keep them extra cute, shiny, and sturdy.

How do I care for my handmade item?To keep your item looking its best, gently clean it with a soft, damp cloth if needed. Avoid using harsh chemicals, and try not to drop it on hard surfaces, as it is handmade and may be delicate. Handle with care to enjoy your little treasure for years to come!

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! I’m happy to ship my little creations worldwide. At this time, I’m unable to ship to the EU and US due to circumstances beyond my control. I’ll be sure to update you if that changes!

How long does shipping take?
Each little friend is made just for you, so please allow up to 1 week for me to bring them to life before they head off on their journey! Shipping times will vary depending on where you live. If it has been several weeks since you ordered please contact me!

What if my package gets lost or damaged?
Once your order is shipped, I’m not responsible for any damages or lost packages. But if you run into any issues, feel free to reach out and I’ll do my best to help!

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because everything is handmade, I don’t accept returns or exchanges. That said, if you have any questions or concerns, I’m always happy to chat, just send me a message.
